Our mission is to walk beside you on your journey toward healing & growth, one gentle step at a time. We believe that every soft step, just like Lily’s first phone call for help, holds the power to create meaningful change. It’s not about rushing or making giant leaps; it’s about taking soft steps with compassion, patience, and understanding. We’re here to support you with warmth and care as you navigate your path, helping you build momentum with each small, intentional action. No matter where you are, every step forward is a step toward a stronger you. Let’s take this journey together, one soft step at a time.
Morgan Ross believes that healing begins with being seen, heard, and valued. As a recent Master of Social Work graduate from the University of South Carolina with a Graduate Certificate in Social & Behavioral Health with Military Members, Veterans, and Military Families, Morgan brings a deep commitment to nurturing resilience in every child she meets. Her academic background, a B.A. in Professional Writing & Rhetoric from Baylor University and an M.A. in Sociology, informs her systems-level perspective.
Morgan's work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and intersectional lens. She is passionate about walking alongside children & adolescents who experienced trauma, honoring their stories, celebrating their strengths, and helping them take hopeful steps forward. She strives to create spaces where every young person feels safe, capable, and connected.
